Team Building TM Global 2009 Batch 1

TM Global Teambuilding ( Batch 1)

Date: 31st July 2009 (three days after my Beday ;P)

Venue: Tanjung Puteri Resort, Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

Participants: 70 -80 people from various departments

Last few weeks i'm so busy...damn bz..

Now i hope today i can update all my activities for last few weeks.....

We start with the scenery of the hotel first...

For me, the hotel accomodation is good except for food.hahaha...now i wonder why i really put on my weight last few years.....if the food not good/not up to my standard (tak puas bak kata mira), i will find others alternative...so meaning i eat for the two times..u can imagine it rite!!!!

First day 31 st July 2009

Arrived around 12.30. then go for lunch and check in...

Around 3.00 pm, management game....

we have fun there...

5.00pm amazing race....

i'm very hot/mad with the clue for second last checkpoint....

Bomoh...ubat nyamuk..totally out of mind....about 15 min we spend to find out this...

But manage to find out :P...credit to Fadhil Noordin...

Then sesi memasuki kolam...find out coins... our Group 'BaraCuda Team'---(spesis of fish)

Second day: 1st August 2009

Start with Poc0-Poco...

Actually i starting know bout this from Mama(Pedo's mother)

but i never know how the dance...

My Housemate did mention bout this...bout since i do not know what is Poco-Poco bout, i just

ignoring...haha...i'm kind of that...but for certain issues k...

After penat lelah, we managed to get second place..Teror gak kan?

At 3.00pm, jungle tracking time....

Takda la hutan sangat....but it became challenging because it was raining that time...

At night,BBQ time...besh..da daging kambing bakar.Cidapnya....

Masa tu baru rasa sedap...tak dpt mkn jagung...sedihnya....

Third day: Obstacle management



Last day games dia mcm ala2 tentera gitu..

kena meniarap,jalan itik,panjat, n angkat2...

kesimpulannya banyak gak la dosa time tu..

asik dok terpegang jer...

Ya Allah ampuni la dosa ku....

Ngah tgk orang panjat..nak panjat takut

i think this is the best team building la...

actually this is my first time went for teambuilding huhuhu....

But comments from others staff also same as me....

Beshnyer....

Next year Kat Perak plak....

Perak wait for me....

How to apply in reality?

Are We need to be brutal/ fierce when we deal with person who knows always LOST TEMPER?

Or just be polite and let be us being bully by other?
